This study is testing a new combination of treatments for stomach cancer that can be removed with surgery. It combines a new drug, spartalizumab, with a standard chemotherapy (FLOT). Researchers want to see if this new combination helps shrink the cancer more before surgery and improves outcomes.

Open-label non-randomized multicentric phase 2 study evaluating the combination of bemarituzumab + FLOT chemotherapy in perioperative setting for resectable stage cT2-T4a or N+ gastric and GEJ adenocarcinoma overexpressing FGFR2b (BEMAFLOT)
