FLUOROURACILE PFIZER 50 mg/mL clinical trials

A randomized non-comparative phase II study of Maintenance therapy with OSE2101 plus FOLFIRI, or FOLFIRI after induction therapy with FOLFIRINOX in patients with locally advanced or metastatic Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

This study looks at different treatment approaches for pancreatic cancer that has spread or is advanced. It combines standard chemotherapy with a new drug called OSE2101 or uses chemotherapy alone, after an initial treatment. The main goal is to see how long people live.
