Testing Ivonescimab Versus FOLFOX in Advanced Biliary Tract Cancer Patients

This study tests a new medicine called ivonescimab for advanced bile duct cancer. It's for patients who previously took part in the SAFIR-ABC10 study but didn't get the experimental treatment, and whose cancer has progressed after initial chemotherapy. We want to see if ivonescimab works better than standard chemotherapy.
