PRODIGE 54 SAMCO : MULTICENTER RANDOMIZED PHASE II STUDY COMPARING THE EFFECTIVENESS AND TOLERANCE OF AVELUMAB VERSUS STANDARD 2nd LINE TREATMENT CHEMOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL METASTATIC CANCER WITH MICROSATELLITE INSTABILITY (MSI)
This study compares a new drug, avelumab, with standard chemotherapy for advanced bowel cancer that has spread and has specific genetic changes (microsatellite instability). We want to see if avelumab can stop the cancer from growing for longer.

FFCD 1605- OPTIPRIME: A phase II study evaluating FOLFOX + panitumumab according to a ‘stop-and-go’ strategy with a reintroduction loop after progression on fluoropyrimidine as maintenance treatment, as the first line in patients with metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma without a RAS mutation
This study is looking at a new way to treat bowel cancer that has spread. It combines existing medications, panitumumab and FOLFOX, using a 'stop-and-go' approach. The aim is to see how long the treatment keeps the cancer under control before it grows again, for patients without a specific gene change (RAS mutation).
