Allogeneic stem cell transplantation vs. conventional therapy as salvage therapy for relapsed / progressive patients with multiple myeloma after a first-line therapy
This study compares a special stem cell treatment to standard care for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or worsened after their first treatment. It aims to see which approach helps people live longer and feel better over five years.

Daratumumab in combination with Carfilzomib, Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone (DCPD) in patients with multiple myeloma induced acute renal failure - "Time is Kidney in the Treatment of myeloma Cast nephropathy" The TIKTAC phase II trial (Pilot-study)
This study looks at a new combination of medicines (DCPD) for people with multiple myeloma whose kidneys are not working well. It aims to see if kidney function improves, or if people needing dialysis can stop needing it, after four cycles of treatment.
