A Phase 3 Open Label Extension Study of Fostamatinib Disodium in the Treatment of Warm Antibody Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

This study looks at a medicine called fostamatinib for a type of anaemia called warm antibody autoimmune haemolytic anaemia (wAIHA). It wants to check how safe it is over a long time for people who have already taken part in a related study.
