A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Frexalimab, Brivekimig, or Rilzabrutinib in Participants Aged 16 to 75 Years With Primary Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis or Minimal Change Disease
This study is looking at new medicines (frexalimab, brivekimig, or rilzabrutinib) for kidney conditions called Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) or Minimal Change Disease (MCD). It aims to see if these medicines are safe and can help improve kidney function compared to a dummy drug.

A Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Frexalimab Versus Tacrolimus in Adults Undergoing Kidney Transplantation

Efficacy and Safety Study of Frexalimab (SAR441344) in Adults With Nonrelapsing Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis
This study is testing a new drug called frexalimab for people with a type of multiple sclerosis (MS) called non-relapsing secondary progressive MS (nrSPMS). Researchers want to see if it can slow down MS progression and if it's safe. It's compared to a dummy drug (placebo).

This study looks at a new drug called frexalimab for people aged 12-35 newly diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It aims to see if frexalimab, taken alongside insulin, can help the body keep making its own insulin. Half the participants will get frexalimab, and half a dummy medicine.
