Study to Compare Furmonertinib to Platinum-Based Chemotherapy for Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Exon 20 Insertion Mutations (FURVENT)

This study compares a new drug, furmonertinib, at two different strengths, with standard chemotherapy for patients in the UK who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a specific genetic change called an EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation. It aims to see which treatment is more effective and safe as a first treatment.
