Daily versus alternate day oral iron supplementation for the treatment of iron deficiency anaemia in pregnancy (IronMother)

This study is looking at the best way to give iron supplements to pregnant women who have too little iron (iron deficiency anaemia). We want to find out if taking iron every day or every other day works better to improve their iron levels and how they feel, while keeping side effects low.
