A Phase 3, Open-label Study of Adjunctive Ganaxolone (GNX) Treatment in Children and Adults with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC)-related Epilepsy (TrustTSC OLE)
This study is looking at a new medicine called ganaxolone for people with epilepsy caused by Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). It aims to see how safe the medicine is and if it helps reduce seizures in adults.

A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of intravenous ganaxolone added to standard of care in refractory status epilepticus
This study is testing a new medicine, ganaxolone, for a severe type of epilepsy called refractory status epilepticus. It's a late-stage trial comparing ganaxolone to a dummy medicine to see if it can stop seizures quickly and safely when other treatments haven't worked.
