Gedatolisib in Combination With Darolutamide in Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer
This study looks at a new drug combination, Gedatolisib and Darolutamide, for men with prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy. It helps work out the best dose and how well it works.

Gedatolisib Plus Fulvestrant With or Without Palbociclib vs Standard-of-Care for the Treatment of Patients With Advanced or Metastatic HR+/HER2- Breast Cancer (VIKTORIA-1)
