The Growth Hormone Deficiency Reversal Trial: Effect on final height of discontinuation vs continuation of growth hormone treatment in pubertal children with isolated growth hormone deficiency – A non-inferiority randomised controlled trial

This study looks at whether young people with growth hormone deficiency, who are going through puberty, need to keep taking their growth hormone medicine until they are adults. It compares stopping treatment with continuing it, to see if it affects their final adult height.
