A Phase 1/2 Study of Enzomenib (DSP-5336) in Patients With Acute Leukemia (Horizen-1)
This study is testing a new drug, Enzomenib, for people with certain types of leukaemia or blood cancers like MDS and Multiple Myeloma. It will look at its safety and how well it works, both alone and with other common treatments.

A Phase 3 Multicenter, Open-label, Randomized Study of ASP2215 (Gilteritinib), Combination of ASP2215 Plus Azacitidine and Azacitidine Alone in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia with FLT3 Mutation in Patients Not Eligible for Intensive Induction Chemotherapy
This study looks at new treatments for a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) in adults. We want to see if a drug called gilteritinib, alone or with another drug, helps people live longer compared to standard treatment, especially for those who can't have strong chemotherapy.
