Registry of GORE® ACUSEAL Vascular Graft in Dialysis Access

This study looks at a special tube, called a GORE ACUSEAL Vascular Graft, used for dialysis in people with severe kidney disease. Researchers want to see if it's safe and works well over two years to help patients get their dialysis.
