Treatment of Early Borderline Lesions in Low Immunological Risk Kidney Transplant Patients: a Spanish Multicenter, Randomized, Controlled Parallel-group Trial: The TRAINING Study
This study, called 'The TRAINING Study', looks at whether treating early, minor issues (borderline lesions) in transplanted kidneys helps them work better long-term. Researchers compare a specific treatment to standard care in people who have had a kidney transplant and are at low risk of rejection.
For: To analyze whether the anti-rejection treatment of borderline lesions can modify the expression and klotho levels · as well as proinflammatory cytokines that regulate klotho expression at both years post-transplant. · Know in a controlled and randomized clinical trialSpain - AuthorisedTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
