ANTIBIOBONTA - Assessment of the interest of a peri-operative antibiotic strategy applied to patients with asymptomatic bacteriuria undergoing intra-vesical botulinum toxin A injections
This study looks at whether antibiotics before and after bladder botulinum toxin A injections can prevent urine infections. It's for adults with bladder problems from multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury, who also have bacteria in their urine without symptoms.

Exploratory Pragmatic trial of fosfomycin-trometamol treatment of male urinary tract infections in primary care.
This study looks at a single-dose antibiotic called fosfomycin to see if it's a good treatment for urine infections in men. Researchers are checking if it cures the infection and if patients feel better, without needing other medicines or hospital trips.
