A Study to Investigate the Safety and Efficacy of GSK4532990 Compared With Placebo in Adult Participants Aged 18 to 70 Years With Alcohol-related Liver Disease
This study is testing a new medicine, GSK4532990, for people aged 18-70 with liver damage caused by alcohol. We want to see if it's safe and if it helps the liver. Some people will get the medicine, others a dummy pill.

Phase 2b Study of GSK4532990 in Adults With NASH
This study is testing a new medicine, GSK4532990, for people with a serious liver condition called Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH). We want to see if this medicine can improve liver damage and inflammation compared to a dummy medicine.
