Gut Hormones and Roux en Y Gastric Bypass

This study looks at how weight-loss surgery (gastric bypass) changes natural body chemicals called 'gut hormones'. We want to see if these changes help people with obesity and type 2 diabetes by burning more energy, eating less, losing weight, and changing how they react to food.
