A Phase 1, First-in-human Study of OKN4395 and Pembrolizumab in Patients With Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new drug, OKN4395, alone and with an existing cancer treatment, pembrolizumab, for various solid tumours. The main goals are to check its safety, how well it's tolerated, and if it helps fight cancer.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) Maintenance Treatment Versus Standard of Care in Participants With Platinum-sensitive Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (MK-2870-022/TroFuse-022/ENGOT-ov84/GOG-3103)
This study looks at a new treatment called sacituzumab tirumotecan, sometimes with another medicine called bevacizumab. We want to see if it's safe and helps women with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse, compared to standard care.
