A Study of H3B-6545 in Combination With Palbociclib in Women With Advanced or Metastatic Estrogen Receptor-Positive Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2 (HER2)-Negative Breast Cancer

This study looks at a new drug, H3B-6545, combined with an existing drug, palbociclib, for women with advanced breast cancer. The main goal is to find a safe dose of this combination for breast cancer that is positive for oestrogen receptors and negative for HER2.
