Randomized, parallel study of subcutaneous versus intravenous immunoglobulin in treatment-naïve patients with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy
This study compares two ways of giving an important medicine for a nerve condition called CIDP. One way is an injection under the skin, and the other is through a drip into a vein. It looks at how well each method improves daily activities and muscle strength.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Pharmacokinetics of IgPro20 (Subcutaneous Immunoglobulin, Hizentra®) in Adults with Dermatomyositis (DM) – The RECLAIIM Study
This study is testing a new way to treat dermatomyositis, a condition that causes muscle weakness and skin problems. It will see how well a medicine called Hizentra works to improve symptoms and if it's safe, compared to a dummy treatment. We hope to find a better treatment for people with this condition.

Influencing Progression of Airway Disease in Primary Antibody Deficiency
This study looks at people with primary antibody deficiency to see if a higher dose of immunoglobulin (Ig) replacement therapy can slow down lung problems. We'll compare lung changes over two years using scans and other health measures. This could help improve treatment for these conditions.
