A Phase I/IIa Trial of HMBD-001 in Advanced HER3 Positive Solid Tumours

This study is testing a new drug, HMBD-001, for advanced cancers where a protein called HER3 is active. We want to find the best dose, understand side effects, and see if it helps stop cancer growth, sometimes with another drug called enzalutamide.
