A Novel COMBinATorial Therapy With Albumin and Enoxaparin in Patients With Decompensated Cirrhosis at High-risk of Poor Outcome (COMBAT Trial).
This study is looking at a new combination treatment for people with severe liver disease (cirrhosis) who have recently been in hospital. We want to see if combining two existing medicines, albumin and enoxaparin, is safe and helps improve outcomes after leaving the hospital.

Personalized Long-term Human Albumin Treatment in Patients With Decompensated Cirrhosis and Ascites
This study looks at a new way to treat liver scarring (cirrhosis) and fluid build-up (ascites). It tests if a special blood test can predict who will benefit most from regular albumin infusions, aiming to give effective treatment to the right patients.
