A Study of Efficacy and Safety of Ianalumab Versus Placebo in Addition to Eltrombopag in Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia Patients Who Failed Steroids
This study is for adults with a blood condition called ITP who haven't improved with steroid treatment. It's testing a new drug called ianalumab, given with another drug called eltrombopag, to see if it can help keep blood platelet levels stable and safe for longer.

Study of Ianalumab Versus Placebo in Addition to First-line Corticosteroids in Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)
This study is looking at a new medicine called ianalumab for adults with a blood condition called ITP. We want to see if ianalumab, when given with standard treatment (steroids), can help keep platelet counts up. Half the participants will get ianalumab, and half will get a dummy medicine.
