First-in-human Study of IDRX-42 in Participants With Metastatic and/or Unresectable Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors
This study is testing a new drug, IDRX-42, for people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). It's the first time this drug is being used in humans. We want to see if it's safe, how the body handles it, and if it helps shrink tumors.

A Study of IDRX-42 (GSK6042981) Versus (vs) Sunitinib in Participants With Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors After Imatinib Therapy
This study is testing a new drug, IDRX-42, for a type of cancer called GIST. It's for adults whose GIST has spread or can't be removed with surgery, and who have already tried another drug called imatinib. Researchers want to see if IDRX-42 works better and is safer than sunitinib.
