This study looks at a new medicine called tildrakizumab (also known as Ilumetri) for people with psoriatic arthritis who haven't responded well to other treatments. It aims to see if tildrakizumab can help reduce joint pain and swelling better than a dummy medicine.

A Phase III, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Demonstrate the Efficacy and Safety of Tildrakizumab in Anti-TNF Naive Subjects with Active Psoriatic Arthritis II (INSPIRE 2)
This study is testing a new medicine, Ilumetri, for adults with active psoriatic arthritis who haven’t used similar medicines before. Researchers want to see if it helps reduce symptoms like joint pain and swelling, and if it’s safe to use. Half the people will get the medicine, and half will get a dummy injection.
