Study to Evaluate Imetelstat (GRN163L) in Participants With International Prognostic Scoring System (IPSS) Low or Intermediate-1 Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS)

This study is testing a new drug called imetelstat for certain types of Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS). It aims to see if the drug can help reduce the need for blood transfusions and is safe to use for people whose current treatment hasn't worked.
