Randomized Trial Comparing Immediate vs. Deferred Surgery for Symptomatic ERM

This study compares having surgery for an eye condition called epiretinal membrane (ERM) straight away versus waiting to see if vision gets worse. We want to find out the best time to have surgery for the best possible vision outcome and to understand what causes vision to change.
