A Study to Evaluate Axatilimab Versus Best Available Therapy in Participants With Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease After at Least 2 Prior Lines of Systemic Therapy
This study is testing a new medicine, axatilimab, for people in the UK aged 12 and over with chronic graft-versus-host-disease (cGVHD) that hasn't improved with other treatments. It compares axatilimab to other standard therapies to see if it works better.

A Study to Evaluate Axatilimab Versus Best Available Therapy in Pediatric Participants With Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease After at Least 2 Prior Lines of Systemic Therapy (AGAVE-256)
This study looks at a new medicine called Axatilimab for children aged 2-17 with a condition called chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease (cGVHD). These children have already tried at least two other treatments. The study compares Axatilimab with existing best treatments to see which works better.

A Study to Evaluate Axatilimab and Corticosteroids as Initial Treatment for Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease
This study is looking at a new medicine called axatilimab, alongside standard steroids, for people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). It compares axatilimab with a dummy medicine (placebo) to see how well it works to treat this condition.
