THE ANTES B+ STUDY: AN OPEN-LABEL, PRAGMATIC, RANDOMIZED, CONTROLLED TRIAL OF TRIPLE THERAPY VERSUS LABA-LAMA COMBINATION TO IMPROVE CLINICAL CONTROL IN HIGH-RISK GOLD B PATIENTS (B+)
This study looks at how well a new three-in-one inhaler, Trelegy, works compared to a standard two-in-one inhaler for people with severe COPD. We want to see if Trelegy helps patients keep their breathing problems better controlled over a year.

This study looks at how well people with asthma use their medication (Mepolizumab) and how much it helps control their symptoms over six months. It compares different ways of giving the medication, looking at patient diaries and pharmacy records.
