A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 2b trial with an open-label extension to determine the safety and efficacy of GH001 in patients with treatment-resistant depression.

This study is looking into a new treatment, GH001, for people whose depression hasn't responded to usual treatments. It aims to see if GH001 is safe and helps improve mood, compared to a dummy treatment. Participants will also have the option to continue treatment after the main study.
