A Phase 2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study of DKN-01 in Combination with Tislelizumab ± Chemotherapy as First-Line or Second-Line Therapy in Adult Patients with Inoperable, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma (DisTinGuish)
This study is testing new combinations of medicines for advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. It's looking at how safe they are and how well they help control the cancer, especially in people with a specific marker called DKK1-high.

This study is looking at a new way to treat bowel cancer that has spread nearby. It uses strong chemotherapy and radiotherapy to see if the cancer can be completely removed without surgery for some patients. This could help improve treatment for people with this type of cancer.

Ramucirumab plus Irinotecan / Leucovorin / 5-FU versus Ramucirumab plus Paclitaxel in patients with advanced or metastatic adenocarcinoma of the stomach or gastroesophageal junction, who failed one prior line of palliative chemotherapy - The Phase II/III RAMIRIS STUDY
This study is looking at new ways to treat stomach or food pipe cancer that has spread or come back, after initial chemotherapy hasn't worked. It compares two different combinations of medicines to see which is more effective at helping people live longer and shrinking their cancer.
