A Phase II, single arm Study of avelumab in combination with Axitinib in Patients with unresectable/metastatic Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor after failure of standard therapy - AXAGIST
This study looks at a new combination of two existing drugs, avelumab and axitinib, for people with a type of cancer called Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST). It's for patients whose cancer has come back or spread after standard treatments haven't worked.

Neoadjuvant AXITINIB plus AVELUMAB for patients with localized RCC and a moderate to high risk of recurrence (N17JAV)
This study is looking at a new combination of two drugs, axitinib and avelumab, for people with a common type of kidney cancer before surgery. The main goal is to see how well this drug combination shrinks the cancer.
