J2A-MC-GZGW: A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Once Daily Oral Orforglipron Compared with Placebo in Adult Participants with Type 2 Diabetes and Inadequate Glycemic Control with Insulin Glargine, with or without Metformin and/or SGLT-2 Inhibitor (ACHIEVE-5)
This study is looking into a new daily tablet, orforglipron, for adults with type 2 diabetes. We want to see if it's better than a dummy pill at helping control blood sugar when taken with insulin glargine and other diabetes medicines.

Prospective study to assess with Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) the efficacy and safety of switching to insulin glargine 300 U/ml from insulin glargine 100 U/ml in Type 2 Diabetes (T2DM) patients with renal impairment
This study looks at how a different strength of insulin glargine (a type of long-acting insulin) works for people with Type 2 diabetes and kidney problems. Researchers want to see if switching to the stronger insulin helps keep blood sugar levels stable and is safe.
