Individualized Treatment Treating Patients With Stage II-IVB Nasopharyngeal Cancer Based on EBV DNA
This study looks at new ways to treat nasopharyngeal cancer, a type of head and neck cancer. It focuses on using a blood test for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) to decide the best treatment after initial therapy. We want to see if different drug combinations improve outcomes.

Testing the Addition of a New Anti-Cancer Drug, Triapine, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Cisplatin) During Radiation Therapy for Advanced-stage Cervical and Vaginal Cancers
This study tests if a new drug, Triapine, added to usual chemotherapy and radiation, works better for advanced cervical or vaginal cancer than the usual treatment alone. It aims to see if this combination helps people live longer and stops cancer from coming back.
For: Advanced Vaginal Adenocarcinoma · Advanced Vaginal Adenosquamous Carcinoma · Advanced Vaginal Squamous Cell CarcinomaUnited States · Canada · Puerto Rico - RecruitingPHASE2
A Study of Lower Radiotherapy Dose to Treat Children With CNS Germinoma
This study looks at treating children and young adults with a type of brain tumour called germinoma. Researchers want to see if using a lower dose of radiation therapy after chemotherapy can work just as well, but with fewer long-term side effects.
For: Basal Ganglia Germinoma · Diabetes Insipidus · GerminomaUnited States · Australia · Canada - Active not recruitingPHASE3
RT With or Without Cetuximab in Treating Patients Who Have Undergone Surgery for Locally Advanced Head and Neck Cancer
This study looks at whether adding a drug called cetuximab to standard radiation therapy helps patients with head and neck cancer after surgery. We want to see if this combination improves treatment success and helps people live longer with fewer side effects.
For: Head and Neck CancerUnited States · Canada · China - Active not recruitingPHASE3
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy or Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Stage IIA-B Prostate Cancer
This study compares two types of radiation treatment, SBRT and IMRT, for men with early-stage prostate cancer. It looks at which treatment causes fewer side effects and is better at keeping the cancer away. Your quality of life is a key focus.
For: Stage II Prostate Adenocarcinoma AJCC v7United States · Canada · Hong Kong - RecruitingPHASE3
Observation or Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Grade II Meningioma That Has Been Completely Removed by Surgery
This study compares watchful waiting with radiation therapy for people who have had a common type of brain tumour called grade 2 meningioma completely removed. It aims to see if radiation after surgery helps prevent the tumour from returning.
For: Grade 2 Meningioma · Intracranial MeningiomaUnited States · Canada · India
