International Penile Advanced Cancer Trial (International Rare Cancers Initiative Study)

This study looks at the best way to treat penile cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes. It compares surgery alone with surgery after chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy. It also checks if extra surgery in the pelvis helps prevent cancer from coming back.
