Interferon-gamma as Adjunctive Therapy in Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis: a Randomised Feasibility Study

This study is looking into whether adding a drug called interferon-gamma to usual antifungal treatment can help people with a long-term lung infection called chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA). We want to see if it improves their condition and quality of life.
