A Study of Adjuvant Intismeran Autogene (V940) and Pembrolizumab in Renal Cell Carcinoma (V940-004).
This study is testing a new combination of treatments, Intismeran autogene and Pembrolizumab, for kidney cancer. We want to see if this combination, given after surgery, can help stop the cancer from coming back for longer compared to Pembrolizumab alone.

A Clinical Study of Intismeran Autogene (V940) and BCG in People With Bladder Cancer (V940-011/INTerpath-011)
This study explores a new treatment for aggressive bladder cancer that hasn't spread to the muscle. Researchers are testing if adding a new drug, intismeran autogene, to standard treatment (BCG) helps patients live longer without their cancer growing or returning. It's for adults with high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.

A Clinical Study of Intismeran Autogene (V940) Plus Pembrolizumab in People With High-Risk Melanoma (V940-001)
This study looks at a new personalised treatment, Intismeran Autogene, combined with Pembrolizumab for high-risk melanoma. It aims to see if this combination can stop cancer from coming back better than Pembrolizumab alone after surgery, focusing on safety and effectiveness.

A Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) With or Without Intismeran Autogene (V940) in Participants With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (V940-009/INTerpath-009)
This study looks at a new treatment called intismeran autogene, given with pembrolizumab, after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. We want to see if this combination stops the cancer from coming back compared to pembrolizumab alone.

A Clinical Study of Intismeran Autogene (V940) Treatment and Pembrolizumab in People With Bladder Cancer (V940-005/INTerpath-005)
This study explores new ways to treat bladder cancer, specifically a type that has grown into the bladder muscle. Researchers are testing a new treatment, intismeran autogene, with an existing cancer drug, pembrolizumab, to see if it can stop the cancer from coming back after surgery.
