A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 2 study evaluating efficacy and safety of inupadenant in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed in adults with nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer who have progressed on immunotherapy
This study is testing a new medicine, inupadenant, combined with standard chemotherapy for adults in the UK with a type of lung cancer (nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer) that has worsened after immunotherapy. Researchers want to see if this new combination helps patients live longer without their cancer growing.

A Multicenter, Open-Label, Phase I/II Study of EOS884448 in combination with standard of care and/or investigational therapies in participants with advanced solid tumors
This study is testing new combinations of medicines for advanced solid cancers. It looks at how safe the treatments are and how well they shrink or control the cancer. The aim is to find better ways to treat these cancers.
