A Phase 3 Study to Evaluate Petosemtamab Compared With Investigator's Choice Monotherapy in Previously Treated Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients (LiGeR-HN2)

This study is looking at a new treatment called petosemtamab for advanced head and neck cancer. It compares this new drug with standard treatments chosen by doctors, for patients whose cancer has come back or spread after previous therapies.
