A Study to Test Whether Different Combinations of BI 765063, Ezabenlimab, Chemotherapy, Cetuximab, and BI 836880 Help People With Head and Neck Cancer or Liver Cancer
This study looks at new ways to treat head and neck cancer. It combines different medicines that help your immune system fight cancer and stop tumours from growing. It's for people whose previous treatments weren't successful or who don't have standard options.

A Phase 3 Trial of Epcoritamab vs Investigator's Choice Chemotherapy in Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
This study compares a new medicine called epcoritamab with standard chemotherapy for a type of lymphoma (DLBCL) that hasn't responded to earlier treatments. It aims to see if epcoritamab is safer and more effective for patients who can't have or have already had a stem cell transplant.
