Use of half the iodinated contrast medium for monitoring thoracic neoplasms using spectral CT: Randomized, crossover, non-inferiority clinical trial
This study is looking at whether using half the usual amount of a special dye during CT scans for chest cancers works just as well. It aims to see if it provides clear enough images to monitor the cancer effectively, while potentially reducing exposure to the dye.

Randomized clinical trial comparing the diagnostic quality and diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary CT angiography performed with spectral CT among three iodinated contrast administration protocols, with 20, 30 and 40 mL
This study looks at different ways to do a special type of X-ray scan called a CT pulmonary angiogram. We want to see which method best finds blood clots in the lungs (pulmonary embolism) using less dye, making the scan safer and clearer for patients.
