This study looks at a new way to treat bowel cancer that has spread to the lining of the tummy and can't be removed by surgery. It combines a new way of giving chemotherapy directly into the tummy with standard treatments to see if it helps people live longer.

An open-label phase II prospective clinical trial to investigate safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose and anti-tumor effect for SCO-101 in combination with FOLFIRI as a safe and efficient treatment modality in metastatic or advanced colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients with acquired FOLFIRI resistant cancer disease
This study looks at a new drug, SCO-101, combined with standard FOLFIRI chemotherapy for advanced bowel cancer that has stopped responding to FOLFIRI. Researchers want to see if the combination is safe, what dose works best, and if it helps shrink tumours.
