Study to Compare an Oral Weekly Islatravir/Lenacapavir Regimen With Standard of Care in Virologically Suppressed People With HIV-1
This study is looking at a new once-weekly tablet called islatravir/lenacapavir (ISL/LEN) for people living with HIV-1. It compares switching to this new tablet with continuing their current daily HIV treatment to see if it's safe and works well.

Study to Compare an Oral Weekly Islatravir/Lenacapavir Regimen With Bictegravir/Emtricitabine/Tenofovir Alafenamide in Virologically Suppressed People With HIV-1
This study is looking at a new once-a-week tablet for people with HIV. It compares switching to this new tablet (islatravir/lenacapavir) with continuing their usual daily treatment (bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide). It aims to see if the new weekly tablet is safe and works just as well for people whose HIV is already well controlled.
