Ivosidenib in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Conventional Chondrosarcoma Untreated or Previously Treated With 1 Systemic Treatment Regimen

This study is testing a new drug, ivosidenib, for people with a specific type of chondrosarcoma (bone cancer) that has spread or can't be surgically removed and has a particular genetic change (IDH1 mutation). It compares ivosidenib to a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it can slow down cancer growth.
