A Study of Ixekizumab (LY2439821) in Children With Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Categories of Enthesitis-related Arthritis (Including Juvenile Onset Ankylosing Spondylitis) and Juvenile Psoriatic Arthritis
This study is testing a new medicine called ixekizumab for children aged 2-17 with two types of juvenile arthritis: enthesitis-related arthritis (including a form of arthritis affecting the spine) and juvenile psoriatic arthritis. We want to see if it's safe and helps improve their condition, comparing it to another common medicine, adalimumab.

This study looks at how weight loss (using a medication called tirzepatide) or treatment with iksekizumab affects people with psoriatic arthritis who are also overweight or obese. It checks changes in their skin, joints, and fat.
