A Study of Izalontamab Brengitecan Versus Chemotherapy in Participants With Previously Untreated, Locally Advanced, Recurrent Inoperable, or Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer Ineligible for Anti-PD(L)1 Drugs (IZABRIGHT-Breast01)
This study is testing a new drug, iza-bren, for advanced triple-negative breast cancer or ER-low, HER2-negative breast cancer. It compares iza-bren with standard chemotherapy in patients who haven't had previous treatment for advanced disease and can't receive certain immunotherapy drugs.

Phase 2/3 Trial of Izalontamab Brengitecan vs Platinum-based Chemotherapy for Metastatic Urothelial Cancer With Disease Progression on or After Immunotherapy
This study compares a new medicine, Iza-bren, with standard chemotherapy for advanced bladder cancer that has worsened after immunotherapy. It aims to see if Iza-bren is a better option for people who have already had certain treatments for their cancer.

Study of Izalontamab Brengitecan (BMS-986507) Versus Platinum-Pemetrexed for EGFR-mutated Non-small Cell Lung Cancer After Failure of EGFR TKI Therapy (IZABRIGHT-Lung01)
This study is for people with a type of lung cancer that has a specific gene change (EGFR mutation) and has not responded to previous treatment. It compares a new medicine called Iza-bren with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin or cisplatin plus pemetrexed) to see which works better.
