This study looks at a new drug, JDQ443, for people with a specific type of lung cancer (KRAS G12C+ non-small cell lung cancer) that has spread to the brain. Researchers want to see how well the drug shrinks brain tumours and controls the cancer's growth.

Study of Efficacy and Safety of JDQ443 Single-agent as First-line Treatment for Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic KRAS G12C- Mutated Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With a PD-L1 Expression < 1% or a PD-L1 Expression ≥ 1% and an STK11 Co-mutation.
This study is looking at a new medicine called JDQ443 for a specific type of lung cancer. It's for people with a non-small cell lung cancer that has a particular genetic change (KRAS G12C) and certain other characteristics, to see if the medicine is safe and effective as a first treatment.
