Effects of Vibrating Mesh Nebulisation in Patients on Long-term Tracheostomy Ventilation: a Pilot Randomised Crossover Trial
This study compares two ways of delivering medicine through a tracheostomy tube to people who need long-term breathing support. It looks at whether a newer device, a vibrating mesh nebuliser, is better than the standard jet nebuliser for helping with breathing, clearing mucus, and reducing breathlessness.
