A Study of JNJ-79635322 in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma or Previously Treated Amyloid Light-chain (AL) Amyloidosis
This study is testing a new drug, JNJ-79635322, for people with multiple myeloma or AL amyloidosis that hasn't responded well to previous treatments. It aims to find the safest and most effective dose, and to understand its safety and how well it's tolerated.

A Study Comparing JNJ-79635322 and an Anti-B-cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA)xCD3 Bispecific Antibody in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
This study is looking at a new treatment, JNJ-79635322, for multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. It compares this new treatment with an existing one (Teclistamab) to see which works better for people whose cancer has returned or hasn't responded to previous treatments.
